Sizing & Care Instructions

SIZING

RINGS: We size rings using US standard ring sizing. use the conversion chart below to figure out your size if you are unsure of your international conversion. Sizing is the responsibility of the client. The fastest way to be sized would be at any local jeweler in your area. If you do not have access to a jewelry counter, we offer self sizers for $6 + shipping. Please email us to place an order. Should you order the incorrect size, a resize fee will be implemented.

NECKLACES: see the chart below to get an average idea of chain length. We recommend self measuring with a string and ruler or measuring tape since all of our bodies are unique!

BRACELETS: to find your bracelet size, measure the circumference of your wrist above the wrist bone. if you like your bracelets to sit above the wrist bone (tighter) add 1/2 inch to your wrist size. if you like your bracelets to sit below the wrist bone (more loose) add 1 inch to your wrist size.

We offer resizing on many of our rings for a fee of $30  (unless stretched up to one size when possible) This is due to the labor of resizing a piece of jewelry. We are required to disassemble the ring, resize, repolish, and reset the stones. Please email us prior to your order to ensure we are able help you with a particular piece, as some are not able to be resized at all. Buyer assumes all risks of stone breakage involved in resizing however we use our best judgement when taking on a resize. All Shipping fees and liability is the responsibility of the client.

If something were to happen to your piece while in your hands, please don't hesitate to email us via our contact page. We will recommend options, or accept a repair order based on the situation. repair fees vary from piece to piece based on labor and material fees involved. Certain Items are not able to be repaired or changed so be mindful about taking good care for your pieces and using best judgement on when and where you wear them!

FINISHING STYLE

many of our chains have the option to be either high polish or antiqued. Antiquing is a hand patina process used to create a more vintage look. High polish will be a bright white, shiny finish creating a more flashy and bright look.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your piece is handmade and should be handled with care. To improve the longevity of your piece you can take the following precautions:

A) avoid swimming, bathing, or showering in your jewelry, though precious metals can generally withstand these conditions, some stones are soft and can become fractured or discolored over time from excessive exposure to extreme temperatures and water submersion.

B) Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure

C) Never use any jewelry solvent/cleaners or ultrasonic/steam cleaners as these will damage the surface of your stone,

D) Avoid chemicals that can discolor the metal, such as chlorine or ammonia. We also recommend storing silver in an anti-tarnish bag if you desire an extra shiny finish. To polish up your piece, Cailey recommends a Sunshine brand Polishing cloth which are available online or by contacting us via email.

E) Be mindful of how you pieces are handled to avoid breakage. Be mindful of where and when you wear your jewelry in your own personal lifestyle. (for example, don't wear your jewels while skydiving....)
