FaQ & Shop Policy:


These are the production times based on my current volume of orders. this quote is subject to change**:

**Timeframe may change due to backordered materials. Customer requests for updates on production times are strongly discouraged and will be ignored as they are distractions and only serve to delay production on all orders. Keep in mind that Cailey is just one person creating wearable art by hand, please be kind and respect the process of the Artist.

Cailey Elle takes pride in the careful construction and hand made quality of every single item. I strongly believe in slow fashion and sustainability as I want your piece to last a lifetime.  Your patience is greatly appreciated as creating quality jewelry is not something to be rushed. We are a very small team working on multiple orders, stockist orders, packing, shipping, taking photos, traveling to buy, inventory for the shop, social media, web building and more, at any given time. Please read each listing carefully to see if the item is READY TO SHIP or MADE TO ORDER so you can make sure your gifting needs and deadlines are being met. Keep in mind that these times can fluctuate depending on demand and orders in place.


In the event that there is a quality issue determined by Cailey Elle, you have up to 3 days upon receipt of your item(s) to contact us with your concern so that we can repair it, replace it, or offer a store credit.  The craftsmanship of our jewelry is always guaranteed and I will always stand by that.  Repairs are free of charge if Cailey determines that your jewelry is not up to quality standards.

Every item is handmade, not manufactured by machines, therefore slight variances from piece to piece may exist - This is the beauty of handmade- that no two items are ever exactly the same. Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange at any time.


Shipping fees will NOT be returned at any time as they are paid directly to the USPS , NOT Cailey Elle. In the event that you return an item, you must email us to discuss the issue, and when deemed necessary, it must be shipped via USPS tracked and arrive to the studio before any credits, or exchanges will be made. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer as it again, is paid directly to USPS. 

We do our best to source quality vintage only. Please understand that all vintage is sold as is and will not be repaired or exchanged for any reason. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. We will always treat you and any issue you may have with respect. Please do the same for Cailey Elle.



Upon completion and shipment of your order, we provide you with a USPS tracking number via your email, in which you can use to track your order via USPS.com.  


Domestic: We ship First Class and Priority shipping via USPS, and include tracking information within the USA.


International: shipments are made via USPS First Class international and DO NOT include tracking. If you wish to purchase tracking for an international package, please contact us via email so we can assess the additional fee based on your location. (usually between $30-$50 USD)


Insurance & Liability: We offer optional insurance for the full value of your parcel. Insuring your package is up to you but is always recommended.  We cannot be held responsible for any packages once they have been given to USPS and you have received tracking information/ intake scan. You assume the responsibility for the shipment at the time the information is provided. We highly recommend selecting a delivery address that the customer trusts. You may add expedited shipping or insurance, by emailing us within 24 hours of your order. additional shipping fees apply.

Lost Packages: Insurance and/or Tracking is highly recommended to protect your parcel as it travels the world to get to you. Cailey Elle will not be held responsible in the event your item is lost and you choose to not include these services..  It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to follow up with the postal service should this happen, unless insurance is added in which we will file a claim with proper documentation and proof from the customer. 


You have 24 hours to make changes to your order after it has been confirmed. After 24 hours we are unable to make ANY changes to an order as we start working on your order as soon as it is placed.   PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER as whatever you input will be attached to your order and when you contact us via email to change it, it needs to be manually changed and increases the likelihood of human error to due the large numbers of orders being carried out by one lady. You also are subject to additional shipping fees, as once we send tracking numbers, we have already sent your initial shipping payment to the postal service. If you have questions regarding the item you want to order, please feel free to email us directly before placing it.


Your piece is handmade and should be handled with care. To improve the longevity of your piece you can take the following precautions:

A) Do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry, some stones are soft and can become fractured or discolored over time from excessive exposure to extreme temperatures and water submersion.

B) Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure,

C) Never use any jewelry solvent/cleaners or ultrasonic/steam cleaners as these will damage the surface of your stone,

D) Avoid chemicals that can discolor the metal, such as chlorine or ammonia. We also recommend storing silver in an anti-tarnish bag if you desire an extra shiny finish. To polish up your piece, Cailey recommends a Sunshine brand Polishing cloth which are widely available online or by contacting us via email. 


We offer resizing on many of our rings for a fee of $30  (unless stretched up to one size when possible) This is due to the labor of resizing a piece of jewelry. We are required to disassemble the ring, resize, repolish, and reset the stones. Please email us prior to your order to ensure we are able help you with a particular piece, as some are not able to be resized at all. Buyer assumes all risks of stone breakage involved in resizing however we use our best judgement when taking on a resize.

If something were to happen to your piece while in your hands, please don't hesitate to email us via our contact page. We will recommend options, or accept a repair order based on the situation. repair fees vary from piece to piece based on labor and material fees involved. SOME PIECES CANNOT BE REPAIRED SO TREAT YOUR PIECE WITH EXTREME CARE. Cailey does take on repairs for items not made by her in her studio.

If you need a piece by a certain date, please message us via the contact page. we will always do our best to accommodate you or offer options we have in addition to whats online; however, during high volume times of the year, we do charge a small non-negotiable fee to prioritize your order. Please email us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date. Items in the “ONE OF A KIND” section of the shop are the easier option as they are all ready to ship, and will arrive quickest.



We take your privacy seriously . We offer users the option to see the information collected and to move or delete that information. Please review how we secure, store, and use your information here
